First Month Included
Notes about your Hosting, Technical Maintenance, and Support (HMS)
- HMS can be added at any time. Â The first month free applies only to clients who sign up for HMS package prior to launch of website.
- If you elect to not use our Hosting, Technical Maintenance, and Support, your website will be installed on the host of your choosing. Â We recommend WPEngine for ease of use, support, speed, and security. Â If you choose the Hosting, Maintenance, and Support package, then we will take care of hosting for your website.
- Support includes up to 4 requests per month that requires no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Â Most support requests take less than 15 minutes. Â For example: We give you the tools to and training to modify text and load images, so you can make basic changes to your website without contacting us. Â Major changes to the layout of a page or adding new pages takes considerably longer than 15 minutes, are not covered under the HMS agreement, and will be charged at an hourly rate.
